If you like the combination of nuts and chocolate you’re going to love these, yet they’re so healthy you could eat them for breakfast! (Sshh don’t tell the kids I said that!)
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together thoroughly.
Knead the mixture until it is thick like cookie dough, adding more flour, honey or melted coconut oil as necessary.
Line a 27 x 18 cm baking tin with baking paper and press the mixture into the tin.
Refrigerate until hard enough to turn out and slice. These also freeze really well to save for future use.
