Weight loss requires a reduction in calories (food), which, obviously, is going to leave you hungrier than before.
Your body instinctively doesn’t want you to starve, so you’ll only be able to resist hunger for so long before you cave in.
But that’s a good thing – starving yourself isn’t pleasant or even normal!
So how do you eat fewer calories while eating more food (and thus still lose weight)?
