INGREDIENTS

METHOD

Mix all the ingredients together to form a stiff dough.

Roll the mix into a ball, then place on a square of baking paper on a baking tray. Flatten to about ½ inch thick.

Bake at 180˚c for 12-15 mins depending on how soft or crunchy you want it.
