High vibration foods include fresh organic fruit and vegetables, nuts and seeds and their oils, sprouted gluten free grains and legumes, fermented foods, raw chocolate and honey, herbs and spices.
Low vibration foods are processed and junk foods, anything cooked in a microwave, animal products and frozen foods, alcohol and sugar.
