But for now life has been turned upside down.
Kids are at home.
No going out for anything work related.
No socialising at all.
No clubs or activities with other people.
Shops low on supplies.
People getting sick.
I could go on but how about we think about what we CAN do to help ourselves?
Keeping active improves immunity.
It improves mood.
It gives you something to do!
And, duh, it keeps you fit when you’re not going out and about and moving as much as you normally would.
