Ghrelin is secreted in the stomach and makes you hungry.
Leptin is released from fat cells and tells your brain you don’t need more food.
You’d think then that the more fat you have to lose, the less hungry you are.
But if that were the case, dieting to lose weight would be easy!
As you know, it is NOT that easy or simple.
