  • 50g Protein Pow Pea Cooking Mix (whey would work too)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 tsp cocoa
  • stevia to taste
  • a little almond milk or water, to thin
  • Coconut oil to grease the pan.


Mix all the ingredients together to make a batter (as thick or as runny as you like, just add more or less liquid).

Fry in a pan greased with coconut oil, as one large or three smaller pancakes.
