Exercise and being physically active is great, but injuries can hold us back, and that means slower or halted progress in terms of fitness, strength, fat loss or whatever other goals we’ve set.
The best way is to prevent them in the first place
– warm up and cool down properly.
– make sure you are exercising with correct technique or ‘form’
– wear appropriate footwear and clothing
RICE stands for Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation.
