Of course that’s not the same as eating healthily – we all know 300 calories of fruit salad with yoghurt is more nutritious than a 300 calorie chocolate bar.
But there’s also factors like how satisfying a food it, how much it keeps you full and not craving crisps half an hour later (not helpful!)
