Cool & Creamy Mohito Smoothie

Avocado in a smoothie? Definitely! It makes it lovely and smooth, though you can skip it if you’d prefer a lighter smoothie. Alternatively add some protein like Greek yoghurt or good quality protein powder to make it more of a meal replacement.
INGREDIENTS
½ avocado
1/2 cucumber
1/2 lemon, peeled
½ lime, peeled
1 handful fresh parsley
1 handful fresh mint
Stevia to taste
METHOD
Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
