But can you eat all you like or should you put a limit on them when you’re trying to cut calories and food intake to lose weight?
The caveat to eating a tonne of vegetables is IBS where some, but not all, sufferers can only eat so much fibre before symptoms flair up.
And some people have an intolerance to FODMAP foods which includes certain fruit and vegetables, however there are still plenty of vegetables to choose from which are tolerated.
