PB & J Protein Pow Protein Porridge

Peanut Butter and Jam has been a childhood favourite since I was a kid. Sweet + salty is an incredibly moreish combination. Putting it in porridge (well in a healthier, lower sugar way anyway) is such a delicious way to fill up on freezing Winter mornings before you venture out into the frost. I chose to bump up the protein here with extra pea protein (I like this one) but you could just use 55g of the Pow mix if you wish.

METHOD

Simmer the berries in a pan with a little water until mushy.

Meanwhile mix the Pow mix, other protein if using, peanut butter and liquid until hot and thick.

Top the porridge with the warm berries.
