There are many diets out there – low carb, low fat, ketogenic, vegan, vegetarian, clean eating, or simply calorie counting, often used by popular diet clubs.
The problem is that no two people are the same (so no one diet will work for everyone).
Plus scientific advances mean we’re always moving forward and making progress in our understanding of food.
